Do you mean who originally sang the witch doctor?
I mean to say half the population will have most probably sung it by now won't they?
The first actual recording of the witch doctor was by the guy that created Alvin and the Chipmunks, David Seville. I watched a whole biography on it a few months ago and according to them he was a jingle writer and came up with the song and the cute concept of the chipmunks.-Cliffclavin
When you're alone, silence is all you see.
When you're alone, silence is all you'll be.
Give me your hand and come to me.
When you are here, music is all around.
When you are near, music is all around.
Open your eyes, don't make a sound.
Let in the shadow, let in the shadow,
Let in the light of your bright shadow.
Let in the shadow, let in the shadow.
Let in the light of your bright shadow.
the lyrics are:
(talking)
guy:hey witch doctor, whats the magic word?
WD: ooo eee oo ah ah ting tang walla walla bing bang
guy:OK
song: oo ee oo ah ah ting tang walla walla bing bang! x10
i went to the WD and he said, there was a magic word. i went and he said the magic word was.......oo ee oo ah ah ting tang walla walla bing bang! x10 etc. (repeats) :D
