He was shot by 2 men as he sat in his Mercedes-Benz with tinted windows. His cousin who was also with him in the car at the time was unharmed.Chris Bender along with his cousin , sitting in their childhood housing projects outside Chris's mothers house where listening to music as 15-21 shots where fired into the vehicle as Chris shielded his cousin and was hit about 4 times dying from his injuries. Chris and his cousin had been arguing with this guy for weeks prior and this particular man made it clear Chris and his cousin would be "GOT". About 7 men where convicted and whom are all released from prison by now.
