But not everyone the girls battle/beat up are villains. Rainbow the Clown is the biggest example. He was an innocent clown who got a truckload of bleach all over him. After that, Rainbow the Clown was out, and Mr. Mime took over his body. The girls were Indian givers when they got rid of Mr. Mime by giving him back his colors and transforming him back to Rainbow; Rainbow thanked the girls, but they did wrong in return by beating him up. The city of Townsville was biased because it always (or almost always) sided with the Girls, so they proceeded to take Rainbow to jail. Rainbow the Clown did not look happy in the jail cell, because he knew he was innocent, and also probably because he knew it wasn't his fault and that he was ignored by the Girls and the police (perhaps). Another good example is the Amoeba Boys, who are not villains, but pseudo-villains. The girls do not beat up the Amoebas against their will. They are not criminal masterminds, but very amateurish at crime.
