No one really knows who the heir of Ravenclaw is but a possible candidate could be Marcus Belby he is a student in Ravenclaw he was considered for the Slug Club and his Uncle Damocles is known for inventing the Wolfsbane Potion. I imagine that the descendants of the founders would have inherited some of their powers, talent, and/or cleverness, as we know that Voldemort (and his mother, uncle and grandfather) had inherited some of Slytherin's.
