Of course there is the Cornicopia where many of the tributes/victors die. If you are talking about the alliance of Katniss, Peeta, Mags, Finnick, Johanna, Betee, and Wiress than Mags is the first to die. She dies, because she lays down her life for Peeta by walking off into the deadly fog.
