Neji is a boy who was descended from the cadet branch, a lower family compared to their "rich" family, the main branch of the Hyuga clan. After he witnesses a fatal injury in his father's head from them, Neji hates the main branch. Neji's jutsus include the Eight Trigrams techniques, which he uses when he turns his body into a living spiral and counters his opponent's attacks. There is also his "64 palms", he does, when he uses his hands to simultaneously attack his opponent with a flurry of attacks from his hands to steal away his opponent's chakra. After losing to naruto, Neji learns that a bird can "fly free", because a curse mark was branded on his forehead, whom this statement he did not believe. Neji is the name of a fictional character in the anime and manga series Naruto who is part of the branch family that protects the hyuuga clan in the village hidden in the leaves in the land of fire. Neji says that he has 360 degrees of vision with his byakugan, but kidomaru, the spider of the sound 4, soon finds out that that is just not true, though kido is defeated, even after launching several lethal attacks at neji's blind spot. However, his cousin, Hinata, later develops her own variation of 64 palms but at a much later time, though it is still a formiddable technique, which is thanks to Naruto who continuallly inspires her to keep on and to never give up, which, before she met naruto, was her nature. Also, his partner, Tenten (the one who looks like chun lee) has a thing for him, though her affection is more notable than her abilities, which is sad, as she is but a filler character, never really doing anything besides her loss with Temari and another 10 second fight later on.
