Who is better Hinata or Neji?

Hinata.

The reason Hinata would win against Sakura in a fight is because of her training. Sure, a good punch from Sakura could kill her. But her quick movements and her fighting style would outmatch Sakuras. Here is why. Sakuras punches without he precise chakra control would amount to about a bruise or so on a regular human body. So using the Gental Palm Techniques of the Hyuga Clan, Hinata would effectively disable Sakuras chakra flow and most of her jutsu. The only way I could see sakura winning is if she could outlast hinata using he medical Ninjutsu.

I feel that Hinata is much better than Sakura, not only in heart, but in looks, too. :) I also feel that Hinata has a lot of potential using her strength, but Kishimoto just doesn't show it. :(

I think Sakura is way better than Hinata. She's strong, her temper makes me laugh a lot(never gets old), but she's also can be gentle and kind when she wants to be. Hinata is just.... annoying. She's so shy and barely has a backbone at all. The only courage she ever gets is solely from Naruto. No offense to Hinata fans, but I find her really pathetic.

If we are talking about combat. Hinata is better. If we are talking about healing sakura is better. But as a person hinata is also better. Especially as kids. Sakura isn't hated because of her uselessness alone. Fans have reasons because she's such a b!+ch and does nothing but cry and is only useful when the plot needs her to be. And even though hinata is just as bad in terms of plot. At least she's better than sakura.

As the other answer describes, hinata would win. The counter argument would be that sakura could Dodge or just heal when getting attacked by the gentle fist or trigram palm but people forget that even one touch on one pressure point is all that's needed to shock the person long enough to keep going and so on. Hence blocking the chakra paths and sakura nor being able to heal. Besides the hyuuga clan style isn't for hurting others physically but to actually kill them by blocking chakra. If a hyuuga ever gets the opportunity to do so to a character like naruto or sasuke for example, that would be the end of them. Without chakra the ninja are weak enough to even die. Not only that but the hyuuga clan can even cause the person to go in a state of shock or stop the person's heart. Which automatically declares them the winner. Since hinata has the byakugan it is nearly impossible for her to lose to sakura. Not only that but hinata has been trained in physical combat where as sakura has not really.
