If you are referring to Lady Gaga then 2 of her best friends are called Dina and Pepper who are also 2 of her dancers that she sometimes performs with. In a recent Tweet on Twitter she stated the words "So jealous wanna die my best friends are seeing glasvegas and I'm nottt with them.. geraldine! I will wear raybans and do my makeup instead." So another one of her best friends is Geraldine but I don't know any more names unfortunately.

Actually, "Geraldine" is a song by Glasvegas. They're a really great Scottish band, my cousin actually gave me their CD, kind of obscure too so I was really surprised to hear Gaga liked them!

Also, in her album "The Fame", she thanks her 3 friends Bo, Arianne, and Tania for "always being true friends"
