"A" isn't Mona. Mona faked she was "A'' because the real "A" send her to lie to Hanna, Emily, Aria and Spencer. "A" also told Mona to kill Spencer. (Spencer didn't die.) In my opinion, Alison D. Is "A" because at the end Mona was inside the cell and so "A" went to visit her. That night "A" went to to visit Mona, she had a red jacket on which was the jacket Alison had on before she went missing. Also, Maya (Emily's girlfriend) had died. It's like "A" told Maya to stay away from Emily and not tell her where she left. But Maya had text Emily of where she was so "A" probably killed her. Spencer and Mona had found "A's" layer. Which was full of photos of Aria with Ezra, Toby with Spencer, Alison, Emily, and Hanna with Caleb. "A" hasn't been revealed yet. Hint: "A" is a team!
