well it started out when Justin wanted to enter his local talent contest. he decided to sing. Justin had family and friends out of the town, so since they could not make it he decided to put them up on YouTube. his mom taped all the videos. later on he got comments asking for him to do a different song. and Justin later on did. soon enough he would get 1000's to 10,000's of viewers then to millions of hits.
There are actually a lot of people that inspired him! One is Usher. And his next door neighbor had a band! Justin used to sit with them and stare for hours! Those are the people that inspired Justin Bieber!
Many of his classmates had agreed that he was very talented, justin then went onto making his own youtube channel to see if he would get noticed as he wanted to share his talent to the world, he very well acccomplished.
I would say Usher. And his relatives know he has a great voice so probably the encouragement from his family.
