Actually, Itachi loved Sasuke, (SPOILER ALERT!!!) Itachi was ordered to kill his whole clan by the village elders for the Uchiha clan was planning to assainate the Hokage (I think). He eventualy agreed to this but ordered to leave Sasuke untouched and made himself out as the bad guy to his younger brother. Itachi threatend Konoha to give information to enemy villages if they ever touched Sasuke.(END OF SPOLIER!!!) Anywho, as far as I know the only one who really hates Sasuke is Deidara-Sempi (who went and got himself blown up!) >(

∙ 14y agosasuke hates itachi because itachi wiped out the uchiha clan, but doesn't find out the truth behind what itachi did until volume 43 in naruto shippuden. The truth is that itachi was ordered to wipe out the uchiha clan by the 3rd hokage as they were planned to take over konoha, but itachi pleaded with the 3rd hokage to leave sasuke alive.

Sakura currently wants Sasuke back, however cannot love him bacause of his actions and person. Karin in his Egle group loves him alot though.

∙ 10y agoBecause so many people do not undertand him or make the effort to understand his point of view. Sasuke had a tragic back story, and although there came a time where he had a choice in the matter, he is driven with revenge and hatred. He will do anything (even betray/kill his best friend and comrades) to obtain power. Most people hate him because of what he did to Naruto, and the fact that he is "selfish" and "obnoxious". Personally, I think if Sasuke wasn't the way he is, there would be no point of the anime or manga since he plays a big role in the plot. Every story needs an antagonist after all! And why hate him? He's just a fictional character!
To add he can't forget that Itachi killed his parents and when he beat Itachi he told him that it wass the Hidden Leaf Village that caused him to do it, so after that sauske plotted revenge on the hidden leaf village but now in the latest manga seris sauske is apparently good again and wants to be the next Hokage as well but he wants to find out the secrets of the Uchiha clan first..... So the remaining bad guys are Madara and Tobi.... But they first started not to like him because of his hatred towards the hidden leaf village and the way he left.... For revenge...
