Actually, Itachi loved Sasuke, (SPOILER ALERT!!!) Itachi was ordered to kill his whole clan by the village elders for the Uchiha clan was planning to assainate the Hokage (I think). He eventualy agreed to this but ordered to leave Sasuke untouched and made himself out as the bad guy to his younger brother. Itachi threatend Konoha to give information to enemy villages if they ever touched Sasuke.(END OF SPOLIER!!!) Anywho, as far as I know the only one who really hates Sasuke is Deidara-Sempi (who went and got himself blown up!) >(
