If you've ever read any of the comics, you'll find that Batman seems to hate just about everyone equally. He dislikes Superman, he doesn't trust the Green Lantern, finds the Flash annoying, despises all enemies of everyone; He's Batman, a dark, brooding, grudge-holding character.
From Joker to Darkseid and beyond, he's beaten just about all of them. Some fights just take a little more planning than others. But he honestly seems to hate most those people who have "betrayed" him in one way or another, which would explain his hatred for almost everyone. Ever.
