Yes. Irina from the Denali coven dies (Tanya's family), because she sees Renesmee (that is Bella and Edward's daughter) and she thinks they created an immortal child and they are forbidden. So she goes and tips off the Volturi but the Cullens manage to prove that she's a genuine child so the Volturi kill Irina for wasting their time.
