I never heard the word "patration" in the context of Harry Potter (or otherwise). Check the spelling - perhaps you spelled it wrong.
It's at the top of page 176 in the first book.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is its real name. Although it is only known as this in the US and some other countries. It is called Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in most places, including in the UK.
The killing curse from Harry Potter is the latter. Abra Cadabra is nothing to do with Harry Potter however avada kedavra may have come from that word because it does sound similar. The Harry Potter curse is Avada Kedavra, which is Aramaic and means "I obliterate when i speak". Abracadabra is also Aramaic but means "I create when I speak".

The first O in the word "doctor" is a short vowel sound. The AI in "painter" has a long A sound.
The word painter has no prefix. It has one suffix which is the -er.
It was Jeremiah. Jeremiah 18:1-3 "The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD saying, "Arise and go down to the potter's house, and there I will announce My words to you." Then I went down to the potter's house, and there he was, making something on the wheel."
"Pintor" is the word for painter.
This kind of firework is a Catherine wheel. That has ten letters, but it is the name of the firework. See related link.
