The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, Return of the King had the most onscreen killings.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The entire planet (minus 2 people), 2 aliens, all dolphins, 2 crabs, 1 sperm whale, 1 bowl of petunias, and an entire battle fleet of strange and warlike beings resplendent in black jeweled battle shorts, and two "mice".
Star Wars, without question. In Episode III The Revenge of the Sith, Dooku, Padme, Grievous are lost, all but two of the Wookies race die, hundreds of thousands of clone troopers and all the Jedi are killed, save Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin, Yoda and Palpatine. Also, the entire Separatist Coalition, and countless other lifeforms native to each planet where war had touched (i.e. Felucia, Utapau, Mygeeto, Polis Massa, Coruscant.) (In STAR WARS Episode IV A New Hope, The Empire destroys the entire planet of Alderaan, and all lives on the Death Star were lost, as well as many rebels and stormtroopers and sadly, Master Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi.)
Christian Bale in Equilibrium has 118 kills. Die Hard 2 had huge amounts, in particular, the British flight that crashes into the runway. If you mean decapitation deaths, the answer is The Highlander.

AnswerI think Candyman is the scariest movie killer. Maybe that's because I was a little young when I saw Candyman for the first time -- ten years old -- but I have been afraid of dingy public bathrooms ever since. Like, for real. I'm twenty-seven years old and I'm still afraid of the Candyman. So yeah, I would say he's the scariest horror movie killer. He's the only one who still scares me as an adult.
Michael Myers

Jeff The Killer is called Jeff The Killer because he kills people in their sleep, according to the Creepypasta wiki. If you are scared, or creeped out about Creepypastas and such, know that all of the Creepypastas of the Internet are 100% fake. Creepypastas are made to scare and unnerve the reader. The easiest answer to this question is that his name is Jeff. The other part of the name just comes from the fact that he kills people. It is a sad name for such a deep character.

The killer is Kenny Hampson, the boy they played the prank on at the very beginning of the movie. You know, the skinny little geeky guy?
