Palkia is way better. i aggree with the person above. Her stats are the same as dialga's except for the speed, palkia is WAY faster than dialga therefore making her a better choise.

Dialga is better. Dragon isn't good against dragon-steel types but it is good against dragon-water. Dialga special move = Palkia Death. Palkia special move = Dialga survival
