For the CBS television series M*A*S*H (1972-83) all but three of the regular character are still alive.
As of October 2023, the surviving main cast members of the television series "MAS*H" include Alan Alda, who played Hawkeye Pierce, and Mike Farrell, who portrayed B.J. Hunnicutt. MAS*H is a TV show that ended in 1983, so it is difficult to determine how many people from the show are still living. Some cast members are still alive, such as Alan Alda and Loretta Swit, but others have passed away.

Different actors had contracts for different amounts.
I dont think that Dan Duryea was ever in the cast of MASH
All the main cast members except for Larry Linville (Frank Burns) and Maclean Stevenson (Lt-Col Henry Blake) are still alive. We can now add, sadly, Harry Morgan to this list of greats from the MASH series. Interesting side note here, if you consider Trapper John, M.D. to be part of MASH (it was considered a spin off) then Pernell Roberts can be added to the list at least of actors playing MASH characters. The only reference to MASH ever in the series, besides the name, was the opening in which Trapper (Roberts) is having a dream and calling out "Hawkeye, Rader..." Other than the opening, Trapper had no other apparent connections although I always wanted to see a visit by someone from MASH on the series.
Yes, it is.
Several main cast members from the show "MAS*H" have passed away. Notably, Alan Alda, who played Hawkeye Pierce, is still alive, while other key actors such as McLean Stevenson (Colonel Blake), Wayne Rogers (Trapper John), and Larry Linville (Frank Burns) have died. Additionally, the beloved actress, Loretta Swit, who portrayed Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan, is also among the surviving cast members. Overall, the show has seen the loss of several of its original stars over the years.
