It was also released as an LP called "Singing in the Kitchen". Most of the songs in the LP including this song were written by Shel Silverstein. Bobby Bare is a famous country singer whose song "Detroit City" won him a Grammy. "Chrystal Chandelier" was recorded by many country artists but the hit version was recorded by Charley Pride.
