Uchiha Madara, aka Tobi, got the Kyuubi from naruto's mother. Namikaze Minato (Yondaime Hokage) and naruto's mother both sealed the Kyuubi in Naruto's belly button.

No Naruto and the 4th are two different people. Naruto is the 4th's son. Naruto was already born and the 4th took his own life to save the village. Why didn't minato put the nine tailed fox inside him?
The fourth hokage didn't actually put the WHOLE nine tailed fox in Naruto, ever hear about yin and yang? Basically, the nine tailed has good and bad chakra, the fourth hokage only put the good chakra inside naruto, hoping that Naruto would control it.

Definately Naruto. Why? Naruto has the Ninetailed Fox sealed inside of him. That makes him a Jinchuriki. Sora has a small part of the chakra of the Ninetailed Fox, which makes him a Pseudo-Jinchuriki. Naruto is able to control the Ninetails' chakra, but not Sora. Sora could kill himself if he went 4-tails (cuz that's how many tails he can go to, no more--ultimate jinchuriki form for Sora). A battle Naruto VS Sora would have Naruto as a winner, because Sora would end up hurting himself, when Naruto would have slight control of himself.
