Naruto is the 4th's son.
Naruto was already born and the 4th took his own life to save the village.
He sealed the 9-tailed Demon fox within Naruto [who is also the 4th's son].
So no Naruto is not the fourth hokage, but is the fourth hokage's son.
NO....naruto is not the 4th hokage.........just as the previous guy said............
