You drive in the main gate, (do not make a turn to go to the left), go to the end of the road, where it turns to the left or right, where it is not possible to go forward anymore, due to the wall of interred remains. The crypt is located on top of the hill on the right hand (northern side). It is located next to a tree and a man made creek. It can be seen at Google Maps, satellite image. A picture of it can be found at Find A Grave.com. Karen used to be interred at Forest Lawn, Lincoln Avenue, Cypress CA. When Richard Carpenter moved from Downey CA to Thousand Oaks CA; he had the bodies of Karen, Harold, (father) and Agnes (mother) moved from Cypress CA to Westlake Village, as Westlake Village is a lot nearer to Thousand Oaks than Cypress is.
