No it was not filmed in silver springs ,Florida like other people think.Where it was really filmed was Wakulla springs ,Florida in Wakulla county.They also made the old Tarzan 1 and 2 there.Hey but it was made at the Edward Ball hotel and park.Don't swim in the lake!The one I am talking about is the original original one
