To my knowledge it is not available to watch for free on the internet, you can buy it from iTunes or buy/rent the first half of the season you can totally get it for free illegally though.

I go to hulu and watch-series.com. If you go to watch-series, I totally recommend using the mega-video links, they buffer quickly. But, you can only watch 72 minutes, and then you have to wait awhile before you can watch more.
