The only manga that read from left to right are "manga" originally published in a language that's read from left to right (i.e., English,) and Japanese manga that are "flipped" by a publisher for publication in a language that's read from left to right. Even "modern" Japanese manga are read from right to left.

Most online scanlation sites should have all 35 volumes comepletely scanned on the site for you to read. Libraries might also have a manga section so you can check that out.
Right now (from what I've seen and read) it is up to volume 28 and are still creating volume 29 as well.
I haven't been able to find the original webcomic, but all the strips and manga volumes are on manga-reading websites.
