There is a total of 220 Naruto episodes (Not including Shippuuden). Episode 221 is where Shippuuden starts, un. There are currently 42 Shippuuden episodes.... I think.... I haven't relly been keeping track. So far they have reached shippuden 81 on www.tailedfox.com shippuden (on that site) is released every Thursday and yes there are 220 naruto episodes.
