i had the same question and i dont believe there is a blending tool, but there the airbrush tool which works just the same.
if u go into the tool bar, theres a button called pattern brush (looks like a magic wand), and then in there u change the brush type from 'airbrush small' to 'brush A'. i use this for a blending look and highlights. works really well.
