I'm presuming your refering to the split back in Sabody Archipedia?
In which case, after the events at Marine Ford and The Marine Base on Sabody, i.e. The War and Ace & Whitebeard dying. Rayleigh and Jinbei instructed Luffy to go back to the base and pay his respects.
This was caught on camera and printed in the newspapers, however Luffy had an alterior motive, on one of his arms, he'd had:
3D
2Y
tattooed on, thus sending a message out to the other Strawhats.
The crew took this to mean, not 3 Days (3D), but 2 years (2Y) until they would all meet up again on Sabody.
Oda, (the mangaka) then went on a 4 week break, which allowed a time-skip in the manga. Since the break, (chapters 598, 599 and 600) the crew have begun to gather back on the Sabody Archipedia's Islands. As of yet, all of the crew are onboard the Sunny, awaiting for Luffy to arrive.
Thus, it's been theorised and rumoured that the crew finally get back together as a whole in next week's chapter:
601: 22nd October 2010
Hancock and luffy's crew and shanks
Luffy's crew are the main heros in One Piece, there for they are most likely not going to die. One of the crew, Brook, has died once before but was brought back to life by the powers of his Devil Fruit.
i believe robin kind of likes luffy (or does) because.... -she always laugh when luffy does certain things that are weird, when other people in the crew don't laugh about. -why did she save luffy's life when luffy was buried in sand after crocodile defeated him? 2 possibilities. one- she kind of likes him, two- doesn't want to be bad anymore. -and....remember on episodes when robin was about to die ( or she wanted to die ) the enies lobby episodes about the marine. robin was captured and luffy was trying to save her no matter what and at the train when robin was traveling to the marine place she kept thinking about luffy. and finally, on the part after when luffy defeated the person or boss that tranforms into a cheetah he said " let's go back to the ship TOGETHER ROBIN " afterwards he smiled....then robin cried/smiled. I'm still searching for more proof but i do think luffy and robin are meant for each other....my opinion no offense.
yes but he has to absorb about 100 shadows to become nightmare Luffy
Oda, the creator of One Piece had claimed that it is more of a thriller/fighting category in the show and romance would slow it down if there was too much love going on. His concern was that fans would find the show dragging along and not getting to the actual point in the script. I do think it's fair though that they add romance along with the other categories that One Piece has which are comedy, action, thriller, violence, and partially musical. Comedy timing goes very well in the show and that's what makes it enjoyable. If romance was included, from what I think, it would take up more of the time that is used. Many fans want there to be romance in One Piece, especially between Luffy and Nami, as there are many fanfiction stories, pictures of them getting married. That could be a possibility no doubt, but not until the very end when Luffy actually becomes the Pirate King. Luffy and Nami do have a strong bond but for other occassions, Luffy wants to act heroic and act like a captain. It isn't happening at the moment, but Oda did have in mind that probably near the end of the series, Luffy and Nami will get together.
Hancock and luffy's crew and shanks
There are 9 member in luffy crew
There nothing Jimbei said or expressed that he had the intention to join the crew but he was with the crew to guard Luffy. At the moment Jimbei came with Luffy and Hancock to the Amazon island after the war. On my opinion, Jimbei will not join the crew or will not be allowed by Luffy to join the crew because he was too strong just to be a crew by Luffy and he also got a place to protect, his homeland.
Yes, his crew members starting to make a move back to shabody isle. Rayleigh helped Luffy to decide what to do.
He did in fact leave the crew just before the Enies Lobby arc, but afterwards he begged Luffy for forgiveness and asked if he could rejoin the crew, which Luffy allowed.
yes

Franky, Iceberg, Paulie, Tyson, and the guy w/ the weird spiky hair made the thousand sunny for luffy and his crew.It was made from this extremely rare wood that costs 200 million beri, which was stolen from the strawhat crew by Franky.
None of them has still joined Luffy's crew. But Silvers Rayleigh is not gonna join the crew. Whether Jinbei joins or not will be decided in Chapter number 649.
233 and joins the crew in episode 322 after Robin forces him to by grabbing his nuts
