No, season 1 has ended and it has just been renewed. Season 1 finale was March 29 (it had 12 episodes from Jan-March). It was picked up for season 2 on May 5. No word yet on when it will start filming or when season 2 starts but presumably it would be the same time as season 1.
They start filming in January 2010 from what I've read. I can't find the source again. They didn't start as of Summer 2009
