the last episode is when naruto defeats madara and has to fight sasuke but naruto was captured by akatsuki and the nine tails was taken out of him and he died but kakashi sacrifices his life for narutos because he wanted to meet his family and friends and naruto came back to life and he became even more strong and killed madara and sasuke because he had no choice because sasuke wasn't coming back to the village but planning to destroy it so naruto killed him and that's all part of being hokage to naruto
