In order of destruction the Horcruxes were as follows:
Basilisk venom is one of the magical proprieties strong enough to destroy a Horcrux, as is curse fire and of course: death. The only reason Godric Gryffindor's sword worked was because Harry Potter once used it to kill a Basilisk, injecting the sword with venom.

Voldemort made seven Horcruxes. Harry destroyed one in his second year and Dumbledore destroyed one just before his sixth year which left five Horcruxes to destroy (although he only thought there was four). In the end, every Horcrux was destroyed by different people (Harry, Dumbledore, Ron, Hermione, Crabbe, Voldemort, Neville)
They had to destroy seven horcruxes. Voldemort wanted to divide his soul into seven pieces; since he himself had one of the seven pieces, that would have required only six horcruxes. However, he accidentally created one more horcrux.
No, only the diary. Seven different people destroy the seven horcruxes.
voldemort has a couple horcruxes in harry potter. when you kill a person your soul splits. when your soul splits you can hide that part of the soul in an object. voldemort had 7 horcruxes. when all the horcruxes are destroyed, voldemort dies. [hint, hint if you haven' t read the 7th book]
Lord Voldemort was never immortal. He spent the majority of his life trying to make sure that he would never truly die, but he did this by creating Horcruxes which were destroyed. Once Harry had sourced and destroyed all of the Horcruxes, there was nothing different about Voldemort. So when he was hit by a killing curse he died, just like anybody would. He wasn't really immortal.
