Why does stuff come out of peoples mouths in horror movies?

Horror movies that really get under your skin and affect you to the point to where you would really get uneasy are ones that employ things that disgust all of us on a base level, and vomit and things such as this, are things that all people find disgusting and gross.

What is the total cost of a private party on a dinner cruise for over 200 people?

Most dinner cruise tickets (at least for Seattle) are between $50-$150. There may be more of a cost if you want your party to be private, so for a rough estimate I would take the rounded number of all the multiples of ten within that range (50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150), find the upper quartile (since you want a private party) to find a reasonable expected cost per ticket. However, because of the variations of cost (taxes, group discounts, deals, etc.) any measure of center would do (such as median, mode, mean). So you don't have to do the math, here are the numbers. The Median would be $100, the Mode would be the most frequent value (which is better found using real price listings), the Mean (or average) would be $100, the lower Quartile would be $80, and the upper Quartile would be $130. For now let's just say each ticket would be the Upper Quartile (you can choose whichever value you like, but I will use this in example). Now, to find the total cost for the entire party, you would multiply the measure of center you choose ($130) by the number of people attending (200) to find a rough estimate for the total cost, which in this example would be $260,000. Hope you have a quarter of a million lying around for your dinner cruise!
