let it go
12 year olds have 'crushes' and unless the 16 year old wasn't expecting it, then it's a no-no! Both are minors, but, the 16 year old would still be held somewhat responsible because they should know better.
No. He is 17 and a 9 year old is a child to him and should something happen he would be arrested for child sexual abuse.
The mountain goats have a couple songs in there. No Children and Old College try from the album Tallahassee
No but the RZA does use samples from old kung-fu movies in his songs
I think an Ipod would be fine for an 11 year old. I would monitor the songs that are downloaded on it though there are a lot of inappropriate song lyrics out there, and I think they should be your biggest concern.

If you still have iTunes you should still have your music in it. So you can just put all the music on.OR if you made a playlist you should still have it in iTunes unless you deleted it.Just do what you did with the old one.
an ipod touch(or nano), but if he is very responsible, get him an iphone
If you have music backups of the old iPod in iTunes, you can easily sync the songs with the new iPod. If you don't have backups, you are also able to transfer purchased songs from the old iPod to iTunes using the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes. You won't be allowed to transfer the songs from the old iPod to computer or new iPod if the songs are not from iTunes. This is how to transfer music from old iPod to new iPod with the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes: Step 1. Plug the Old iPod into computer via the USB cable. Then launch iTunes. Step 2. Click "File > Device > Transfer Purchases". iTunes will automatically transfer the songs to iTunes library. Step 3. Plug the new iPod into computer. Then import the songs from iTunes to the new iPod.

By connecting the iPod to a computer, the songs can be deleted via iTunes.However, if the user wants to completely wipe the iPod, it should be connect to a computer. The user should then right click on the iPod in My Computer (if using Windows) and select "format".
If you have saved your songs to itunes then you can download them onto your new ipod
