Actually, it depends on the store. In stores where CVS acquired Longs Drugs, they use a system called Muzak. Muzak is a supplier of music of different genre's to retail stores, restaurants, etc. These systems have multiple channels, and the channel used depends on the taste of the store manager. Can you play the paper jamz for real or dose it have songs on it?
I just went and got a paper jamz and yes they do have there own songs but you can play freestyle and it is really cool. You can choose to play rhythm which you strum along with the song but you choose when to put the sound in, you can play with the songs and when it is time for you to strum you strum and it will let you know if you messed up or not. Or you can play freestlye which is the coolest mode and you jam out and make songs. Get to freestyle by holding mode then pressing Fret 4 (the one that says Freestyle)
