I was searching this same thing today I read something about it being filmed mainly in British Columbia , but i think it might have read something that it's in Colorado or Wyoming I'm not entirely sure =)

On the other hand, there was a growing feeling in the colonies that they deserved to be their own nation, American rather than British; that might have brought on a Revolution sooner or later, regardless of how farsighted the British were willing to be.
