But, the song "Forever and Always" is about Joe. She and Joe are on good terms ... she said it herself in an interview

Actually hun that is half true :) Taylor writes MOST of the lyrics to her songs. Some of them are co-written on Fearless. On Speak Now she wrote ALL her own songs, but on Fearless she had help to finish them.
The song "Superstar" was not confirmed that it was about Joe but it is clearly obvious. Lyrics like "And all the girls in the front row scream your name" Joe was the first ''SUPERSTAR" she dated. Also in the Jonas brothers song, MUCH BETTER, The lyrics are, " NOW IM DONE WITH SUPERSTARS". Also these lyrics in SUPERSTAR
