Yes they did date.
They were together for a while, but soon broke up because they were both to busy and had hectic schedules.
Taylor does still believes that Joe cheated on her, but he didn't. Or he says he didn't.
Joe broke up with her and she had a great hit about it called, "Forever & Always" which is on Taylor's second CD, "Fearless".
She has said that it is about him and that she wrote it the day that they were suppose to be through with the cd, but she wanted it to be on that CD.
They are not dating anymore

Nick Jonas and Taylor swift are dating! After Nick broke up with Selena for the second time, he and Taylor Swift went on a date a week later. I asked him myself on Twitter he replied saying: "Yes we are seeing each other." Nothing serious at the moment as they are both busy, but there is love in the air.
