"Ozzie and Harriet" was the first "sitcom" to feature same bed sleepin', but there was an earlier show called "Mary Kay and Johnny" that had one bed for a married couple. However, it was not a "sitcom" per se as the term had not yet been invented.

I dont know for certain. however the earliest show I have seen is an episode of The Twilight Zone from 1962 titled, "Little Girl Lost."
