Ginny. Three kids. I do wonder why your asking this question though. Have you not read the books/watched the movies? If you have then you would know the answer to this question. And if you haven't read the books/watched the movies...why do you care?

yes, they get together in the 6th then break up and kiss in the 7th and then get back together in the end of that one They kiss in the 6th book, Half-Blood Prince, which is the start of their relationship. They also kiss in the 7th book, Deathly Hallows, on Harry's birthday even though they are not together (Harry is protecting Ginny from Voldemort).
No, Ron was very shocked when Harry kissed Ginny but he didn't get angry. In fact, Ron only grew angry in the next book when he thought that Harry was leading Ginny on after breaking up with her. In fact, Ginny had kissed Harry.
Yes. They get married and have three children called; James Sirius, Albus Severus and Lily Luna Potter.Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley do get married in the Harry Potter series. Their marriage is revealed in the Epilogue of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
yes but then they break up
No. Ginny and Dean dated for a while but they later split up. Ginny started dating, and later married, Harry Potter.
I think (and this is just me assuming JK Rowlings amazing imagination) that Ginny perhaps liked Dean for awhile, but then reality broke into the lovey dovey of it all. She realised she loved Harry, and that Dean was not her future.
Ginny Weasley broke up with Dean Thomas and later began dating Harry, who she had always had feelings for.
In the 5th Harry Potter Book, Harry and Cho kiss. In the 6th book, it alludes to the fact that Hermione and Viktor Krum kissed during their 4th Year. Also in this book, Ron has a girlfriend (Lavender Brown) and their relationship is based upon kissing. Throughout the book, Harry develops a crush on Ginny, and she and him end up kissing spur of the moment. Although Ginny and Harry get together, Ginny is found kissing her boyfriend of the time (Dean Thomas) in a corridor at the beginning of the book. Ginny and Dean break up and Harry's kiss with Ginny is well after Ginny and Dean have broken things off.
Not likely, they have three children after all.
Harry Potter realises he has feelings for Ginny Weasley when he walks in on her kissing her boyfriend, Dean Thomas. Ginny and Dean later break up on the same night Harry took the Felix Felicis potion. After the final Quidditch match of the year, Harry enters the common room and is met by Ginny telling him that they won. Harry then kisses her in front of the whole common room. The two later date for a while, but Harry ends it after Dumbledore's funeral to protect her from Lord Voldemort.
When he was doing his sixth year in Hogwarts, one day Harry saw Ginny and Dean Thomas snogging. After seeing that he felt doing the same with Ginny. He tried to control himself, but couldn't. This is how he got feelings for Ginny. Note: it was the summer before that term when he started to notice Ginny as a possible girlfriend-material. Of course he had to wait until Ginny had broken up with Dean.
Harry didn't steal Ginny. Ginny dumped Dean before she started dating Harry. Dean was shocked that Harry and Ginny entered a relationship so soon after theirs had ended but he never showed any hate towards either of them and spoke fondly of him in the seventh book.

Yes because they really like each other
He doesn't exactly break up with her, but he has to leave her because he doesn't want Voldemort to find out about her and use her as a hostage. Correction: He DID break up with her, but only because he didn't want Voldemort to use Ginny to get to him like he did in Ginny's 2nd year. (I know it is kind of the same as the answer above mine, but mine makes more sense.)
