No, not just only guitar.

I seen her playing piano in the concert in Portland, the song "When I Look At You", so she can play piano too.

Actually, I saw Miley in that video too, and often, her movements never really matched the pitches or rhythm in the piano piece. Also, I don't recall seeing the keys often (if at all) in the video. Because it was for a movie, she could have been faking. Also, in Hannah Montana when she played once, she could have been faking too.

She was diffinitely faking. Now that she is in the movie "Last Song" she is just learning to play the piano. yeah wow. they should have picked me for that movie. i actually can play something a little more complicated that "chopsticks". not that they chose her for that movie...but yeah i think it's lame.
