Gwar has used as much as ten "barrels" in a single show, which is over 60 gallons.
I think it might be Crimson Glory. They formed in 1979, changed their name twice before settling on Crimson Glory. Not sure when they started wearing the masks but their self-titled debut album was released in 1986, 2 years before Gwar's 'Hell-O' in 1988, and they were wearing them then. wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimson_Glory
Well it all depends really, like what kind of model you are getting. I own an ESP LTD series EX-400 and its the best guitar I've ever had. You just got to look at what is in the guitar, like the hardware and such. Based on my experience with them I think ESP is the most underated guitar company around. My guitar always sounds great, never goes out of tune, and the look is pretty baddass too. I bought my ESP because the band GWAR uses them, and if they can handle GWAR they can handle anything ;) all that is true and i love esp don't get me wrong but their customer service is horrible. chances are you wont need it, but its good to know before you buy
