Mew can learn any move! But not by leveling up. My Mew is Level 97 and the moves it learnt were: Transform at Level 10, Mega Punch Level 20-23 and Metronome at Level 29. It sucks cause he doesn't learn Psychic you have to teach it him and he's a Psychic type!
