Two of my favorite Bass led songs are "Rock On" by David Essex, and "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen. Are they the best, I don't know. RUSH has some pretty complex Bass work (YYZ and Tom sawyer are some examples), good songs to check out by them would be from the mid to late 80s. Marathon, Turn the Page, Middletown Dreams, and Red Lenses are all pretty good in terms of having great bass.
Those are some good ones for sure, but I'd also say Anesthesia by Metallica, Dawn Patrol by Megadeth, The Wicked End by Avenged Sevenfold, and Peace Sells by Megadeth.
probaby the master of puppets by metallica
That's a good choice, but better ones would be Dawn Patrol by Megadeth, Peace Sells by Megadeth, Another One Bites the Dust by Queen, Orion by Metallica, The Wicked End by Avenged Sevenfold, and Roundabout by Yes
Cat Daddy- R3jects

Les Claypool is an amazing bassist from the band Primus. He in my oopinion is the best bass player when it comes to slap bass. He is the singer and bass player for primus who made the theme song for South Park

fontella bass....
it most definitely was a MusicMan Stingray
It is a love song
almost every song on earth. Most Metallica songs have bass riffs. A riff is different than a bass groove as it does not follow the drums. Most bass riffs are played at high speed, such as songs by Pantera, Slayer, and many modern bands such as Jet, Fall Out Boy and others use riffs.
The name of the bass guitarist in the song is John Fields.
