The C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference is conducted annually by each province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. It's primary purpose is to identify and develop the leadership potential of undergraduates and alumni as stated in the objectives below:
C. RODGER WILSON LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
I. To spotlight and develop the leadership potential of undergraduates and alumni in the personal, college, fraternity and community interest.
II. To give continuous assurance to qualified leadership on every administrative level of the fraternity.
III. To improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of all chapters.
IV. To enable increased understanding of the "what", "how", "why", and by "what means" of the fraternity.
V. To facilitate increased uniformity of interpretation and implementation of fraternity law, tradition, and songs.
VI. To clarify relationships between undergraduates and alumni, undergraduates and colleges where the fraternity has a presence.
VII. To clarify the administrative implications of leadership.
