The TV series F Troop featured the fictional tribe of the Hekawi . There was also the Shug tribe but this fictional tribe did not play as prominent a role in the series as did the Hekawi .
It could stand for a number of things. However, in my personal opinion, it probably refers to The DIVISION such as A, B, C: However they called it TROOP in The Series (which was actually incorrect for th Period in which it supposedly took place).
