It could stand for a number of things. However, in my personal opinion, it probably refers to The DIVISION such as A, B, C: However they called it TROOP in The Series (which was actually incorrect for th Period in which it supposedly took place). It could also stand for FORT as in FORT COURAGE (the FORT in the Series). yet again, it could also stand for FARCE
