What is the difference between the adult version and the children version of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince?

The only difference between the adult and child editions of the Harry Potter books are the covers. The adult's versions generally have darker more mature covers than the bright colourful children's editions. The actual text remains unchanged.

∙ 7y agoThey are the same person, one is just older than the other. As Harry aged, his character changed based on his experiences and just generally maturing. Adult Harry is much older and more mature than he was when he was eleven years old. Once he defeated Voldemort, his life was probably also a lot calmer.
