Word Apparating means the whole transportation and specially the arriving, Deapparating means only the departing.

Dumbledore apparated into Privet Drive at the start of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Then disapparated with Harry at the end of the chapter.

Only that you disappear (disapparate) from one place, and then appear (apparate) somewhere else.
