Depends on what system you have. If you have an Xbox 360 it would be over (on control pad), A, B, A, X, LR, Y, A, A, B, LR, X, Y. Do this at the title screen.
If its on the Wii you have to twist the remote to the right, raise it up over your head, spin it around your head 5 times, hold A and B and thrust forward anther 5 times. This is on the title screen again.
If it does not work the first time you should keep trying. It takes a couple times to get this right.
