Sakamoto Ryoma was an important historical figure in the Bakumatsu period, and as such has appeared in numerous historical series, including Rurouni Kenshin (also known as Samurai X), Peacemaker Kurogane, Shura no Toki: Age of Chaos, Clockwork Fighters Hiwou's War, Samurai Gun, Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto, and Rainbow Samurai (also known as Hey! Ryoma), among others.
Other unrelated Ryomas include Nagare Ryoma from Getter Robo, Ryoma from Power Stone, Ryoma from Fuma no Kojiro, and Kogure Ryoma from Yotoden.
I hope one of these is the series you're looking for!
Ryoma Echizen went to the US at the last chapter of the manga because, he went to the U.S. Open because everyone urged him to go instead of going to the nationals, but he comes back to play in the nationals in the OVA's
Osamu Tezuka. You may recognize that name from the movie "Astro Boy" And 1st, it's called MANGA. The manga comes 1st before the anime.

The previous answer is fcked up so i will improve it Anime is targeted towards teen and young adults unlike normal cartoon it is pretty boring Anime have cool moves , nice babes , cool villain .etc Anime have something unpredicted because Japanese has so much idea! Anime is MADE IN JAPAN! *Note Gundam can pwn Transformer anytime ^^ >.< Anime is technically a cartoon, but because there is usually more the the plot, and they generally have more exciting charactors, its more interesting and fun to watch =3 I myself like anime because I'm bored with life, and anime helps ease that boredom. Shounen animes, shoujo anime's, and a bunch of other animes, are all very exciting and it depends on the person whoever is watching it, to decide why they like it. And also because anime owns~! >=D ^^
In the anime Tamaki Suoh is a softmore at Ouran High school. In the manga he is a softmore and then comes a junior when he is preping for his fathers business.
It isn't out yet (sadly). There will be a "fan made one" coming out soon, but the real version comes out in March or April. It really is quite sad, Prince of After School will probably not be as great as Prince of Tennis was.
