Book One in the series, Fledgling: A Jason Steed Adevenute, is published by Sourcebooks on September 1, 2020. The story focuses on an 11-year-old Martial Arts expert called Jason Steed who, as a sea cadet, finds himself having to "save the world" after a military exercise goes very, very wrong.
The series is aimed at young adult readers, with Prince William said to be a great fan. The second book in the series is due out next year - in the fall of 2011.
